Thirsty Thursday

and i don't say that b/c i plan to get belligerent on alcohol...i'm just thirsty today!


today i'm gonna share with you some coolio stuff i've found lately on the web!


- Swagbucks - this is a search engine that pulls it'd findings from google and other search engines and trys to give you the best match.. the cool thing about it is you earn points with nearly every search. so if your like me and pull up google about times a day this is awesome...so after you earn a buncha points you can redeem gifts with them!! yeah i said gifts! you can get anywhere from dvds to a wii. you can also earn points by inviting your friends and going through the website to shop at stores!! basically a really neat thing!



- Flickr - This is a photo editing site (i think i've told you about it before) where you can turn your photos into amazing pictures! as you can see by alllll the pictures i edit... you can add text, "stickers," fix blemishes, turn your photo black and white, add borders, and if you up grade to the pro like dana did..you can even whiten your teeth!!



- DIY Network - This is a website based off the tv channel DIY (Do It Yourself)... here you can find anything from Jewelry making to Woodworking! it's great! they show you tutorials on how to make certain things or give you step by step instructions.. i think it would be fun to make these little Halloween decorations!



- Two Peas in a Bucket - this is a social network especially for scrapbookers and card makers! they have got some amazing ideas and you can post your own ideas! There are weekly challenges so there is always new material. I personally LOVE this layout and would like to recreate it in my own scrapbook!

- Yahoo Answers - this site is a life saver when it comes to homework, quizzes, adn tests! these people know everything! if your not sure whether or not to trust some one's answer you can see how others voted them and their profiles. one of my favorites ladies is an economics teacher and is really helpful! They can answer questions on modeling, pregnancy, and even sex questions! haha sry for that last one! but it's a helpful site.

- Scrapblog - this is how i made the neat looking picture at the top of my blog! it's basically an online scrapbook! but i only use the site to make a layout then print it off for my own use! here is one made by another scrapblog user...it's endless the possibilities!
