Hair do..boo?

ok i got my hair cut the other day and i'm trying to figure out which cut is the best for me..

One style is longer in the front than in the back..but not like the short cute style..it's a grown out version of the short style. but my point is it's all one length around my face. >

the other style is all one length with layers gone crazy...lots of layers! and my swooped bangs aren't so long.. \/

let me know which one you think is better over in the poll on the right!!!

Side Note: we were crazy crazy busy at work today? were any of you busy?

Another Side Note: I hope the weather isn't psycho tonight like it was last night at the fair!! a huge storm blew in, in like 5 mintues.
