Back in Black

Kara is officially back in black...hair color that is!!

i finally dyed my hair back it original color (a lil darker actually)! so today's tuesday ten is why i love my black hair over any other color i've had it!

-it's the same color as the rest of my families hair..both sides of my family have really dark hair so now i blend in nicely again!

-i can wash it when ever i want...when i had blonde i could only wash it every other day (washing it every other day helps to restore moisture and is actually good for any hair type)

-you can't see every kink and curl. when i had lighter hair and i missed a piece of hair with my flat iron it stood out like a sore thumb. dark hair doesn't show imperfections near as easily!

-i don't have to worry about roots and touch ups!

-i also don't have to worry about my hair fading to a non-existent color like my red faded to a oranginsh, whitish, yuck!

-my hair is no longer fried so i don't have to be quite as carefully when i blow dry, flat iron, or condition it!

-black matches any outfit!

-i no longer have to fight with what color my make-up should be...when i dyed it blonde i had to redo all my makeup to match my new color.

-Black is slimming right?! haha

-It's a great excuse to lay in the tanning bed or out in the sun (black hair makes you look pale unless u have a little bit of a tan)

hip hip hooray for the darkness!!
